Community Development Workshop

Hands-on workshops focused on community organizing, project management, and grassroots development.

Program Overview

The Community Development Workshop equips participants with practical tools and strategies for effective community organizing. Through interactive sessions, participants learn project management, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and grassroots mobilization. Each cohort designs and implements a community impact project as a capstone experience. Past projects have addressed food insecurity, youth education, and cultural preservation in Congolese communities across the diaspora.
