Program Overview
The Congolese Leadership Academy is our flagship program designed to develop transformational leaders within the Congolese community worldwide. Through a combination of workshops, case studies, mentorship sessions, and real-world projects, participants will build the skills needed to lead with integrity and impact. The program covers strategic thinking, ethical leadership, conflict resolution, community mobilization, and public speaking. Graduates join a powerful alumni network of Congolese leaders making a difference across sectors.
What You'll Learn
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Demonstrated commitment to community development
- Proficiency in English or French
- Access to a computer and internet for online sessions
- Ability to commit to the full 6-month program
